Xuron Corporation has launched a compact new repair tool kit for commercial drones that includes a wire cutter, thumbwheel-cam adjustable wire stripper and needle nosed pliers.

The Xuron Model TK 4001-Maintenance & Repair Kit features three popular tools that help inspectors keep drones airborne and operational with on-site electronics and mechanical repairs. Included are the Model 2175 Maxi-Shear flush cutter for soft wire up to 12 AWG, Model 501 adjustable wire stripper designed for wires from 10 to 26 AWG and Model 485 long nose pliers, all packed into a canvas travel pouch with pockets to protect each tool.

The repair kit’s compact size allows it to fit easily into a pocket or bag. The hand tools are manufactured from high carbon steel, with a blackened finish to prevent glare. They also feature cushioned Xuro-Rubber grips, and a Light-Touch return spring.
